welcome on our Homepage !
I
am Bianca, Breeder of British Shorthair, British Longhair, Selkirk Rex, and
Ragdoll.
We
live in Oost-Vlaanderen (Belgium), a border area of the Dutch Zeeuws-Vlaanderen.
We
love our cats enormously, and they became a large passion of us...
In
spite of the fact that we breed 4 races, we find it very important that the
cattery stays sociable, so that all cats keep a good feeling and that they stay
happy. Fortunately we have a very fine group of cat-children; they all can find
it very well with each other.
The
adult cats and the kittens have the whole house, because we are absolutely no
proponents of cages or confinement, cats must have
enough freedom to lose their energy, and for this reason we ensure that
they have to sufficient play possibilities and they can sleep where they want
(even at night they have the possibility for sleeping with us).
What concerns us, must the breeding of cats remain a hobby, and it can
not become a profession.
The
health and the well-being of our cats & kittens is our priority !
Also
each girl only has one litter every year (generally 15-monthly), so she has
enough time to repair of her previous pregnancy -- labour, and feed-period.
Moreover our kittens are raised with much care and love, both by their mother
and by us.
The
races which we breed are affectionate, social, and very tolerant races.
They
can find it well with other pets, type-enjoyed, and children.
We
hope that we can continue still for a long time with breeding these fantastic
races, so that we can enjoy them still for a long time, as well as for our
contribution in the further developments of these races.
Our cats are P.K.D. negative, and naturally they are tested each year on H.C.M., F.I.V., Fe.L.V., and F.I.P.
and
our Ragdolls are also tested on CIN.
Also
our cats are free of parasites etc., and of course we have been registered at a
recognised association.
If
you are in search of an adult cat, then you will find none available in our
cattery...
If
one of our cats for any reason whatsoever would prove not to be arranged to
breed, or becomes too old for that, then she/he will be castrated, and stay with
us.
However,
if we ever, after trying everything, be obliged to replace a cat, then a "available
adult-page" will be added to the Homepage. But we hope that this page must
never be necessary !
Our
cats are one after the other full family members, because all our cats and their
kittens mean very much to us. Our kittens only go to loving people, those who
can offer them a good and a suitable home.
